When the Dream Changes: A Quiet Shift in the Journey

There’s something I’ve been sitting with for a while—and today, I’m giving it a voice.

The OMAS Agency has been a dream of mine for years. It started from the heart—from the countless conversations I had with friends, family, and colleagues who wanted to start something of their own. I was the person people came to when they had an idea and didn’t know where to start.

And I loved being that person—still do.

That’s how the agency began, not as a business plan, but as a calling.

But somewhere along the way, that calling started to feel heavy.

Not because I stopped loving the work—I still do. I love creating digital products, writing books, coaching, and helping people find clarity and confidence.

But I’ve realized something important:
I’ve been trying to build a business while holding up the world.

A full-time career. A PhD program. Family responsibilities. Personal healing. And yes—trying to have a life, too.

Lately, I’ve been asking myself the hard but necessary question:
What do I need right now?
What do I really have the capacity to carry with love and intention?

The honest answer?
I need to breathe. I need to focus. I need to let something rest—without guilt.

So, for now, I’m shifting how I show up here.

The OMAS Agency isn’t closing.
But it is slowing down.

I won’t be launching new products or pushing to make sales. Instead, I’ll share one blog post a week—a space to write honestly about the journey I’m still on: the building, the becoming, the not-always-knowing. And maybe one social post alongside it.

No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

I still believe in this dream. I still believe in what I’ve built.
But I also believe in honoring my season.
And right now, that means choosing stillness over striving.

If you’re still here, reading, and cheering me on—I’m so grateful.
And if you’re in a season of reevaluating your own dreams, know this:

You’re not alone.
You’re not behind.
You’re just becoming.

Until next week,
Crystal
